CI Fitchburg is conveniently located off Seminole Highway near local schools, shopping and recreation. The Badger State Trail is right in our backyard offering quick access to a peaceful trail walk or ride . Our building features CI’s only ‘shades of blue’ logo, which was specially designed to coordinate with the blue stripes around our building.

Our Families Truly Say it Best!
The warm, comfortable environment created by all the staff allows our entire family to relax and look forward to coming to the various therapies, programs and fun extracurricular activities. The center’s commitment to bringing out the best in every child is evident as soon as you walk through the doors.
The staff members at CI are fantastic! I feel like a team with them and that they are there for my son and family 110% to help him grow. I would tell them that if you want caring, knowledgeable, helpful team members for your child then you must go to CI! They will do absolutely ALL they can do to help them grow and learn.
I cannot, nor do I want to, imagine our daughter’s life without the CI Team the last few years! If I had to come up with a phrase to describe CI, I’d say they are like family. Always taking my daughter under their wing, communicating with us about today and the future and working hard to give all they’ve got, always!
