Rose is the vice-president of the Madison Symphony Chorus, and a featured vocalist with the Ben Ferris Octet. Rose studied abroad for a semester in Valencia, Spain in college and tries to learn as many languages as her brain will hold. She will never turn down chocolate.

Rose earned a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and music from St. Norbert College and her master’s degree in speech-language pathology from UW-Madison. She has been treating clients for over 10 years and has loved her last 2 years with CI! Rose has specialized knowledge and training in the areas of feeding and swallowing therapy, working with children on feeding tubes, early intervention, bilingual language acquisition, selective mutism, voice therapy, and Paradoxical Vocal Fold Motion (PFVM) disorder. Her treatment philosophy always includes following the child’s lead and finding how to create the most functional impact in their lives. Rose is certified in the AEIOU Integrated Approach to Pediatric Feeding and working with Gestalt Language Processors (GLPs) who use alternative augmentative communication (AAC). Rose also enjoys serving as a clinical supervisor for speech-language pathology students. Outside of work, Rose is the vice-president of the Madison Symphony Chorus, an avid consumer of audio books, and a Harry Potter fanatic. She loves going on walks with her dog, Lola, watching Formula 1 racing, and planning her next travel adventures.
