What insurance companies does CI work with?

We are proud of outstanding and valued relationships with the following insurance companies:

CI is a trusted and contracted provider for most local insurance carriers.

How do I start the insurance process?

Once your intake paperwork is completed, we will help you by contacting your insurance to verify coverage and benefits on your behalf. The CI team will submit any necessary insurance authorizations. 

When will I receive a bill?

Our billing cycle is monthly with billing statements being mailed out around the 1st of the month, for therapy services from the previous month. 

Who do I contact about a change in my insurance information?

Great question! We will need to know about any change in insurance or address, throughout the year, as soon as possible. You can contact our billing department directly with this information. They will need new paperwork filled out, along with a copy of your new insurance card.

What are my payment options?

There are several ways to pay your bill!  CI now utilizes automated payments.  Manual payments can be processed in several ways:

    • Online on the CI website 
    • Patient portal

No Surprises Act 

You are protected by the No Surprises Act from surprise billing, also called “balance billing”. Under this law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
