Elle has a huge sweet tooth and could eat ice cream everyday. Her favorite part of the day is reading while drinking her coffee in the morning and walking her dogs. Elle would love to go back to Europe one day.

Elle earned her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She completed her master’s degree in occupational therapy at Concordia University Wisconsin. Before graduate school, Elle spent the summer at CI Therapy assisting with the Advance Program, where she fell in love with pediatrics and helping children reach their goals through creative, play-based therapy. During her graduate career, she also had a pediatric placement in a school setting. Elle has experience working with a variety of diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing difficulties, developmental delays, fine motor delays, and cerebral palsy. She recently attended continuing education to further support her clients, including DIR 101: An Introduction to DIR and DIRFloortime and Neurodiversity-Affirming OT Practice: An Autism CE Summit. She is passionate about and energized by working with children and is proud to be part of the amazing team at CI! In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cooking, baking, home DIY projects, reading and, exercising! She loves experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes and spending time with her husband and golden retrievers, Teddy and Honey.
