Sam has won two croquet tournaments. He lived in London for a summer while studying abroad. His wife, Catie, also works at CI!

Sam has a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from UW-Madison and a doctorate in physical therapy from Concordia University – Saint Paul. During PT school, he developed a love for working with children while creating a program for adapted aquatic therapy for the local YMCA. Sam is passionate about creating a positive, strengths-based environment when working with children in the clinic and loves to incorporate play and fun into each session. To him, any PT visit that includes laughter and hard work is a visit well spent! Sam received Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) training (through Introductory Level C) and enjoys incorporating this amazing tool into all of his sessions. A Midwesterner through and through, he is originally from the Milwaukee area but is so thrilled to call Madison home! In his free time, Sam loves to camp at state and national parks, go hiking, play games with his friends and family, and spend time with his wife Catie and two boys!
