Becca earned her bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and disorders for UW-Eau Claire and her master’s degree in speech-language pathology at Minnesota State University-Mankato. Following graduation, Becca spent four years working as a speech-language pathologist for a private practice in Chicago where she worked with the Early Intervention program and with private clients ranging from age of 0-18. While in Chicago, Becca earned certificates in PROMPT training and was trained in the SOS Approach to Feeding. Becca started working with CI Pediatric Therapy Centers in 2019 and has been a speech-language pathologist at the Sun Prairie location since. Becca is passionate about involving families in their children’s sessions and feels that building rapport with clients and families is crucial in successful speech therapy. She enjoys child-led therapy to allow children to be themselves and target goals in a play-based and naturalistic fashion. In her free time, Becca loves spending time with her husband and two young children, going on relaxing walks or runs outside, and cheering on the Packers and Badgers.
